Ingredients :

 4 cups Cooked Rice
 3 tbsp Oil
 ¾ tbsp Mustard
 2 tbsp Groundnut/Peanut
 1.50 tbsp Split Bengal Gram/ChanaDal
 1.50 tbsp Split Black Gram/Urad Dal
 2 tsp Grated Ginger
 3 Green Chilli (Split Vertically)
 10 Curry Leaves
 2 Dry Red Chilli (Broken)
 ¼ tsp Asafoetida/Hing Powder
  tsp Turmeric Powder
 1.50 cups Grated Raw Mango
 1.50 tsp Salt

 

Directions :

Heat Oil. Splutter Mustard

Add in the groundnuts. Fry the groundnuts.

Now add chanadal and urad dal. Fry the dals.

Add ginger, green chilli and curry leaves. Saute well.

Next, add in the dry chilli, turmeric powder and hing powder.

Mix in the grated raw mango.

Add salt.

Stir cook for about 5 mins.

Switch off the stove. Add the cooked rice.

Mix well.

Offer Raw Mango Rice to Lord Sri Krishna and Honor Krishna Prasadam.
