Ingredients :
4 cups Cooked Rice 3 tbsp Oil ¾ tbsp Mustard 2 tbsp Groundnut/Peanut 1.50 tbsp Split Bengal Gram/ChanaDal 1.50 tbsp Split Black Gram/Urad Dal 2 tsp Grated Ginger 3 Green Chilli (Split Vertically) 10 Curry Leaves 2 Dry Red Chilli (Broken) ¼ tsp Asafoetida/Hing Powder ⅓ tsp Turmeric Powder 1.50 cups Grated Raw Mango 1.50 tsp Salt

Directions :
1Heat Oil. Splutter Mustard
2Add in the groundnuts. Fry the groundnuts.
3Now add chanadal and urad dal. Fry the dals.
4Add ginger, green chilli and curry leaves. Saute well.
5Next, add in the dry chilli, turmeric powder and hing powder.
6Mix in the grated raw mango.
7Add salt.
8Stir cook for about 5 mins.
9Switch off the stove. Add the cooked rice.
10Mix well.
11Offer Raw Mango Rice to Lord Sri Krishna and Honor Krishna Prasadam.
